My poor old plow

I have this two bottom plow that fits my Farmall 140. I took the points and a piece behind them off a while back , intending to replace them. I also noticed some other parts seem to have wear.Does anybody have a exploded diagram view of this implement. The points do have a IH part number, 526772R1 . I don't know the name of this plow. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
