Front Axle question.

Here's a pic of the axle off the tractor.

The knuckle (spindle) moves freely up and down inside the spindle tube about 1/8".
Is this normal?
Can it be tightened by adjusting the steering knuckle arm (Part #21) downward a little?

Why bother, once the weight of the tractor is on it, the shaft will not move up and down any.

EZ, you can do it how you want to, but it's all apart now and I'll bet it moves if you hit a bump.
