Farmall Cub

just FYI -- I replaced the manifold on our Farmall 100, and afterwards the engine would not start. After unsuccessfully trying everything I could think of, I took off the manifold to look at it more carefully. When I turned it over, I saw two small threaded ports on the underneath side of the intakes. Of course no plugs were sent with the part, and the old manifold did not have any openings there. So once I got the plugs & put everything back together, it started right up. Lesson: should have inspected the new part more closely before installing it.

where was the part purchased from and what brand (if you might know)?

from Reliable Aftermarket Parts out of Williamston, Mich. I can't find a manufacturer name on the packing slip, though.
