1953 ad for C and availiable equipment(pic.thumb.)

Image

I thought this ad was kind of interesting! --shows a lot of possible uses for the C also looks like 3 mounted pieces were available too!
some of the ad was cut off because the magazine was too big to fit scanner! (1953 Wallaces Farmer magazine)
Hope it's ok to post this!

PS---after you click for the bigger pic, click on pic again for even bigger/clearer pic! thanks; sonny

cool scan sonny, sure does make me wanna find some fast hitch stuff for mine, all I have is a sickle bar, pain to use cause of the disk brakes, can't make a turn worth a dang thing, of course the wide front don't help either, besides being able to mow VERY steep hills

cool pic

I wonder what the super C in the pic and all the fast hitch equipment shown, (including the 3 mounted machines, corn picker, cotton picker, and cotton stripper)would have cost back then when new!---and what the complete set in good working condition today would be worth?----Give it some thought!!!--I do not have an answer!!!----It was just an interesting idea!! thanks; sonny

I woud imagine with all those attachments, it would have set somebody back quite a bit... I think there was a C or SC at RPRU this year or last? with a mounted corn picker I think they were asking alot for it too, don't remember what it was, but it was alot i thought...
