Super C leaking Hydraulic

My Super C is leaking hydraulic fluid like crazy - info on probable cause? How major a repair?? Easier to do a major rebuild and solve all potential problems?? No experience in this area!! Dusty

A lot depends on where the leak is coming from, but assuming it is from the internal pistons, a tear down is necessary to replace the O rings (assuming there is not a worse problem). At that point I would suggest a complete overhaul and clean out. The service manual on Rudi's website

Thanks - I did download the manual - w/do a closer inspection and go from there. It's low on my project priority list right now! Will probably need more advice when I tear into it.!! Dusty
