What Mower?

I got this 2-pt sickle mower when I bought the Super C.

I'm guessing it is IH because of the red paint in a few spots. I can't find any identifing information but maybe I don't know where to look. Can anyone give me a make/model number? I would love to get a manual. Thanks.

It is IH, probably C-F21. I can partly see the big spring across the back. If there are 2 such springs, it is a 24. If there is only 1 it is a 21.

I have a short operators manual for one if you want me so send some scans? I have one that I use with the SC, works pretty good, except that I dont' have the bracket that you mount to the rear axle like you have
