Farmall C tires

Postby brichter » Fri Sep 23, 2011 3:17 pm

Why am I having such a hard time finding tires for my C? Every one has 13.9-36 or some stuff like that but I cannot find a 9-36 anywhere.

Would ME Miller Tire have them?

Might look at an 11.2-36. It is the next size up from the 9-36 (9.5-36.)

Not much call for those narrow tires, Billy Ray. I'd go with Al's suggestion. They look better.

Billy Ray, Miller's ad in Red Power Magazine lists 9.5-36 tires in stock.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Billy Ray, also if you have a good tire shop you deal with regularly, let them know about ME Miller if they have the tire you need. Years ago we needed a 7.50-10 front tire for the 230. Our usual tire dealer didn't have anything close except for a forklift tire. Found one with Miller and ordered it, then took it to the tire place. It sorta hurt the owner's feelings that we didn't let him know about Miller first! (Plus he might've been able to get it a little cheaper, either from them directly or from their distributor.) Of course if you mount it yourself the point is moot....
