Need some advice!!

I have the opportunity to buy a complete set of cultivators for a C. Have to drive an hour to get them but they're complete and just out of service. If I buy the set, I'll also get another set of front frames (no shanks or clamps) and a 2 point fast hitch rear cultivator frame. Considering the fact it's all used but not worn out, what would be a good price for this stuff? All the shanks and clamps come with the complete set.

I've seen partial sets advertised for $220, but I think that's high.

I'd want to pay around $250 for a complete set, less would be better. With extras I might go $300.
