Postby Don McCombs » Sun Nov 24, 2013 1:02 pm

Anyone had the pleasure of rebuilding the auxiliary control valve on a Fast Hitch equipped Super C? PM me if you have. Thanks.

Not that particular control valve. Control valves are usually simple, straight forward. Only needing to replace the O-rings and seals.

Try and find the parts diagram.
I have an excuse. CRS.

I have the parts diagram, Eugene. Just looking for a little "been there, done that" advice from someone that has done it.

Simple, nothing to it. Much easier than a touch control or even the Cub's hydraulic pump.

You can do it, I have faith in you abilities. Disassemble, clean parts being careful on the keeping things clean, inspect bore and spool valve. Perhaps a return spring. Replace the o-rings and seals.

As I previously stated, I have repaired several control valves and some hydraulic cylinders, just not that particular valve. The hardest part of the repair was getting to and removing, then reinstalling the repaired valve.
