Touch control control handle sticking

Per the subject header, the touch control operator control lever (Super C) on one side of the tower is sticking. How difficult is it to R&R/free up /lubricate the pivot mechanism

NEVER MIND I figured it out. There is a sheet metal cover covering the mechanisms, I removed the cover and shot a bit of penetrating oil on the "bearings" operating great now. Another project for this winter to R&R and clean up and properly lube it
