So it is very clear what cylinder is leaking and am I right but it would on be an o ring.
just not sure I am commited enough to do a total rebuild.
Can i just repair the rings and move on.
Can I use some sort of hydrualic leak solution like blue devil.

You can replace just the O-rings, but the difference in effort required to change just those O-rings vs. doing a complete rebuild is minimal, because as far as I know, you have to take the touch control unit almost completely apart to replace those O-rings.
