3444 pto

Teh renter on our farm has jsut bought a 3444 industriaol tractor. Teh to sotps as soon as he pressses the clutch. does this tractor not have a live pto, or does the clutch need adjsuted.

If it is an industrail it won't have a two stage clutch. My neighbor has a 2444 that is this way. Plus there was linkage in the transmission that prevented pto use in higher gears. He removed it when he rebuilt the xmsn.
