I got the camera out today taking pictures of my M thought I would my wrench. I got tired of having to get different tools out for my M. So I made one tool to do it all.
From the left
The slot is for taking off the oil filler cap,
Then a size that fits the oil pit cocks,
,
the oil check plug for the rear end,
the rear end drain plug,
and the rear filler plug is on the end .

Maybe you should go for a patent?

I never tighten the petcocks on the oil pan more than hand tight. It always seemed that it still took a wrench to get them open even after hand tightening.

Heres another shot I welded two pieces of flat steel together cut out the notches then took some square tubing smashed it to a diamond shape ground out the inside with a die grinder.Works better than a cresent or pliers for pit cocks.

TJ,
Leave it to a creative mind to solve a multitude of problems with single tool. Good job.

All my petcocks have been changed over to regular brass petcocks commonly found at the hardware store. They don't seem to lock up like the originals.

Well I guess self tightening would be better than self opening!!!!!
. That could go for a bad day. LOL. Neat tool. I agree, you should patent that thing.
