what is a good price for a I4 not bad shape, all sheet metal good shape, runs,no pto ,new tires.

your geographic location, whether or not the tractor was shedded, good rims, does the engine smoke, oil pressure - engine hot, transmission noises or jumping out of gear (generally 4th or 5th), and welds, all have a bearing on a tractors value.

but an I4 (W4) tractor i think is a good solid tractor and a joy to use for drawbar work or show. a picture would be very heplful, but anywhere between $800 and $1500 depending on the above.
