I just got back from trying to talk to the owner of that tractor and low and behold there is a cub 10 foot from it in the same condition, just hid a lot better since it is smaller.

I am about to go camp out there in that yard lol

Just came back from there. Still not home. I caught the neighbor. Said they guy is very nice but not home much. Told me his name and all. He said the A does run and he's seen him on it before. Can't remember when though and he is not sure about the Cub.
