100-140 Fast Hitch: Helper Spring

Postby Super A » Sun Nov 13, 2011 9:43 am

. Was the helper spring--that runs from the side of the tractor ahead of the LH fender to the inside touch control arm-- for the fast hitch standard or optional? I have seen a couple tractors that didn't have it, some being Super A's that got a fast hitch added on later in life. Always assumed it came standard but that got me wondering. How much does it help as far as lifting capacity goes?

IH's are RED. Just say NO to yellow and white!

Let us pray for farmers and all who prepare the soil for planting, that the seeds they sow may lead to a bountiful harvest.
