Does anyone know if hydraulic wet lines can be added to a ih 2424

Assuming you are asking about auxiliary/remote valves, yes. They are listed in the parts catalog, which is about all I can tell you about them. The factory set-up probably required substitutions for several parts that are on the tractor without the remote valves, along with the added valves and plumbing. You would probably have to find a junk tractor that has the set-up. It appears that one from a 424 may be the same or very close.
I have no idea what would be involved to add one using do-it-yourself or aftermarket parts, but I assume it is also possible.
