IH Fast Hitch Rear Grader Blade

I have had this IH made fast hitch grader blade for a long while and have never tried to research a model, etc.
The blade manually swivels left and right as well as can move up and down as to cut a swale or ditch.
Can anyone tell me what model number it is or where to find info., etc.?

Brad, It's a little hard for me to make out in your photo. Does it look like this?

Not exactly - its close. I believe it came with the 300U I have it on. The blade was given to me about 20 years ago and I had it on our Super C, but the blade came from the guy I bought the 300U from. His father-in-law bought new.
