Just restored my Hydraulic pump on my 350 utility.Funny, the pump is worth more than the tractor. Restored the ignition unit.Powder coated everything.Looks awesome. My original Tachometer drive teeth were sheared. The tachometer rusted. Jammed and sheared the plastic drive.Numbers don't jive with Case/IH, C&G. Jamie @ JP has none.Anybody know where I can get r done...............Bob

You are speaking of the drive(gear)that fits just under the distributer ? I bought a new one from my C/IH dealer. Haven't tried it yet but so far he's never been wrong, knows his IH tractors & parts. The number is 369695R91. Try this # at your dealer.

Red Ned, Just seen your post today, 9/14/05 Give Bates Corp. a call & ask for B.J I had them overhaul/restore an cub tachometer for me, cost me a round $125.00 not a bad price considering you can't find them any more & they have tach cables available, I think there web site is http://www.batescorp.com or you could do an google search for Bates Corp. I hope this will help you out. Dave F.

Thanks Dave F.
I have used Bates before. Will check it out. Dave 1" Yes thats the one for the distributer.Case/IH gave me the old "NLA".Thanks to both you Gents.I just ordered the instrument cluster for the utility from OEM tractor parts.I have a new tachometer.but I have no plastic drive. Is that a universal drive for the M and H and so on. If I can't find one I will have to search the junk yards.

Thanks
Got it today! C/NH had it.Sometimes it pays to check over your numbers. Old age settling in.Need glasses now to see numbers on sockets. My Dad always said it was tough to get old.Never did listen to him.Once again he's right. My son does the same to me. Apple don't fall to far from the tree.
