McCormick W4

Postby DelValCub » Mon Mar 02, 2015 6:07 pm

Being that this tractor has the same engine as the H, I figured it was a safe bet to post here. I am looking for a good carburetor to rebuild (solid core). I went to rebuild mine and the bottom half of the venturi was broken right off. I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, I am just trying to find one so I can keep this project going. Thanks A.J.

I would try something like eBay. Here is a link for 3, but they end soon: http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-FARMALL-H-CAR ... 4ae59e3ac3. You could buy these and sell what you don't end up using.

If you can remove the broken pieces of the venturi, McDonald Carbs has these: http://www.mcdonaldcarb.com/SearchResul ... Search.y=0

thank you for the replies, I also saw the 3 that were up on ebay. I might watch it and make a last minuet move. Thank you also for the other link for the replacement parts. I really did not know I could "rebuild" that part of the carb. Would be nice to keep the original carb. Thanks again guys.
