Well I finally got my three-point hooked up to my 1948 Farmall h. And again I want to thank everybody for their help on here and you guys have been really great. well here's the backstory this 3-point came off of another Farmall I believe it was an H model as well. The guy that help me remove it is the guy I bought it from. They took off all of the parts except for the lower two drawbars at least that's what I'm calling them so I know that those were attached in their position that they are now. They are the two lowest bars. The rest of the things I'm just guessing at. Meaning I'm guessing at that being their position as in the pictures. Now you will see a U-shaped I guess draw bar colored bright red at the very bottom of the pictures laying on the ground. That is what was originally hooked up. And I will try and find a picture for that as well. so what I'm trying to find out is the 3-point that I have hooked up to the Tractor are all of the pieces in their appropriate position. The next thing I'm trying to find out is can I remove the red draw bar or whatever you want to call it sticking farthest out from the tractor connected to the center of the tractor at the bottom period. I know I can take the thing off I'm just not sure exactly how to do it. Yes I do have an operator's manual and I do have a international Harvesters service manual but it doesn't give that specific detail on removing the under transmission drawbar whatever you want to call it. Anyway I ramble too much so here's some pictures
These are the pictures after I have hooked up the three-point.

Now here is an additional fact. That you shaped bright red thing laying on the ground in the first set of pictures. I have to cut the nut off of one end of it that's the end of it still attached. and my plan is to shave off a little metal off of the left side and then drill holes in the bottom of the three-point and reattach that red u-shaped metal piece. Which was originally attached. To the long draw bar under the tractor. due to the configuration of the 3 point hitch and the original attached U bar I could not fit the three-point over that U bar. So I have to put the three-point on first and then reattach the U Bar which will fit at the bottom of the 3 point hitch but I need to drill holes and I need to shorten the left side just a bit meaning shaving off just a bit of metal.
