B with an A left axle. BN still had long axles on both sides, they were just shorter than normal. I have seen 2 Bs in person that were setup that way, both of which the owners claimed were originally that way, tough that set up is not shown in the parts manuals. Both of them appeared to have been rolled.

Even though a B-N is considerably narrower than a B, they're still pretty wide. I guess someone wanted a B-Narrower.
