I know M&W made "dish" type wheels like that. "9-bolts" is what they're called I think. Definitely not original. Their original intended purpose was to be used as axle duals, I think.
Yep someone's added pressed wheels for pulling. The M&W 9 bolt hubs are around a $200 item if you can snag them reasonably.
