Well Last night was productive, removed the block front the torque tube. Went like clock work. have it tucked in the garage on saw horses, will put on the engine stand tonight. Glad it is off 
, now I can get it cleaned up ,in warm conditions.
Hope to get the crank , cam shaft out by weeks end.
I need to replace a few head studs,nuts and washers, Any good places to get them .
