Phil,
I don't know that you could call one "standard", but probably the 11" if I were guessing. I know that the steel and paper pulleys came in the same 5 sizes: 6-1/2", 9-3/4", 11", 12", and 13"

M came with an 11 inch pulley. The H and M pulleys run at different speeds, therefore they normally have different sized pulleys to get similar belt speeds.

The H belt pulley runs 1019 rpm. With the regular 9 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch pulley, the belt speed is 2601 fpm.
The M belt pulley runs 898 rpm. With the regular 11 x 7 1/2 inch pulley, the belt speed is 2587 fpm.
