Welcome to the Forum. I'm not aware of a 300 manual on this site (or any other). You may need to buy one from Binder Books or someone else that has them.

As a general rule, most tractor manuals are not available online "free" as PDFs. You must BUY original paper copies, reproductions (both poor and quality) and possibly even PDFs on DVD.

The Cub is an exception to the rule. Putting something like that online, you either have to have a profit motive, or a passion for the subject. There's no profit in giving away free manual copies, someone would have to go through the effort of disassembling an original manual, scanning each page into the computer, and paying for a website to host the file. There are enough people passionate about the Cub that it works. Not so much for the 300, unfortunately.

Binder Books and eBay are good sources of these.
