Quiet line lower frame screen?

Postby RanchsA » Thu Apr 05, 2018 4:35 pm

Did the quiet line series have a screen across the lower frame to keep grass clippings out? I’m not able to find any on parts lists, but the fella I got the 1450 off said it was missing a screen. Only thing I’ve been able to find is a lower frame shield.
Thanks randy

I'm not sure. I believe that they did have a screen under the frame, but most have been removed because they packed with grass. I know that later models did have them, but not sure about the original quiteline series.

Okay I’ll just make sure I keep it blown out. He didn’t install the firewall between the tank and motor either. Wasn’t sure if that was to try and help keep things cooler? I have the firewall do you think I should reinstall that piece? The seals could use some attention on it.
