Cab Cadet Original Spring Assist

Postby JHaburay » Mon Nov 06, 2006 11:48 am

Hi,
Sorry about my other post about the cord wood saw. That was supposed to go to the Cub Forum, not the Cub Cadet Forum. Still learning here. Anyway, I have a 62 Cub Cadet Original and am looking for the spring assist for the sleeve hitch if anybody has one for sale. I have all the other parts except for the "T" bracket, spring and washer. This would be the unit that mounts in back of the seat. Was plowing for the first time yesterday and the plow gets heavy to lift without that nice little spring attachment. Thanks for any help. -John

John:

The other post was moved to the Farmall/IH/Case Forum.. have a look there.

Also, would suggest you post the want for the part you need in the For Sale/Wanted Forum.. it will get more exposure there.. and it is the proper place for it.

Again welcome to farmallcub.com :!:

John...You'll see the Cub Cadet "Helper Springs" show up on eBay every once in awhile...I'd suggest doing a SEARCH on eBay: Cub Cadet Spring
