I have the 1970 parts & accessory and the radio in yours is a different part number 407 284 R1 so I think yours is out of an earlier catalog. I have later catalogs and the radios change every year and have a different part number. They came out with 2 radios(Bendix & Mortorola) in the 1976 catalog so there will be a lot of different radios out there. I have seen a couple of them but only know of one that worked. Ih also had fender mounted radios for the larger tractor available and seen some of those on larger tractors also.
The price in my 70 catalog is the same as yours including the parts on the other page. In a later catalog the were $120 & $125.
The Geezer from IHregistry.com which crashed and is now Cub Cadet Collectors.

Pretty large looking deal on the hood of a cadet isn't it? But neat.
