Oooops! Took my distributor apart and i am lost!

I took apart my distributer apart and was looking for the points....got to some gears and such and now I don't remember how to reassemble it....Can someone give me some help on how to assemble it and "time" it Correctly? I feel like a Jack?ss. I think it is an "F-Cub" that is what the tag says anyhow
