Is there any new muffer for a cub 1315 thats not the factory price of over $ 100 ?

Look in the NAPA" Power Equipment Replacement Parts" catalogue. They have an illustrated display of lots of diferent small engine mufflers. Another source might be STENS but you have to be a "jobber" to buy from them.
