Anyone know the year or any info on a Cub Cadet Front End Loader? Its currently mounted on a Big Simplicity thats about the size of a Lo-Boy. The info of the tag reads; Cub Cadet Cleveland Ohio 590 416 100 Serial# 10666 Obviously the IH Registry is gone and I can't seem to log on to that new Website. Thanks for your help Frank K.

I believe the 416 loader is for the older 7000 series compact diesel tractors that were built by Mitsubishi for Cub Cadet. They are good loaders, and fairly universal fit, so I'm sure the mounting was adapted to fit on the Simplicity. However, it is likely WAY too big to go on any Cub Cadet garden tractor or super garden tractor.

Your correct about the size Bill, It has a 48inch bucket, Its made to "quick detach" . Nice it on the Simplicity though. That tractor is about the size of a Cub Lo-Boy. Thanks for the info.

You are correct. The Simplicity is probably a Power Max either 4040 or a 9020. Both actually were part of the demise of the Cub Lo-boy. They offered standard hydrostatic drive, and were a lot lower to the ground, but sported more horsepower 19 or 20 Onan engines depending on the model, yet they were air cooled engines and less expensive. They also had standard shaft drive mower deck, snow blower, quick attach implements, and 3-point hitch, so they were a lot easier to change out implements, and the shaft drive implements were extremely nice. I owned a 4040 and was always amazed what it would do, and how nice it would mow a lawn. If I ever find another, I will definitely grab it. I own the "modern"version of that tractor now, the Simplicity Legacy, and it is by far the nicest machine I have ever used. I love my Cub Cadets and Farmall Cubs, their ruggedness and basic construction, but to operate one all day long is no comparison to a new, foot controlled hydro drive tractor with a 27hp diesel engine.

That is a 410 loader not a 610 loader, Here is the frame work and the other parts are here http://www.cngcoinc.com/parts-browse.asp Type in loader in the model.
