thats what my grandpa called it it is the 11 hp bigger lo boy with a belly mower

Not included are the Cub Cadets produced by International Harvester, which are garden tractors. Notice that there are several different style tractors frequently called "Low Boys".
Back to the original question, will a Cub or Cub Cadet pull a plow. Answer, yes. The plow and plow hook up differes - depending on which style Cub (tractor) or Cub Cadet (garden tractor) you have.
