creeper drive

does anyone know if a creeper drive for a cub cadet and a 154
loboy are the same? trans gears, shift forks, rails, ring & pinion are
they seem to look the same but don't know if they bolt up the same

No, they are not. Not even close. A Cub Cadet has a gear reduction and housing on the front of the transmission, and the creeper bolts to that and is connected to the gear reduction input shaft. The 154 creeper bolts to the front of the transmission where the gear reduction housing would be on a Cub Cadet.

Don't forget, that the cadet creeper drive also slows down the pto, unlike a Howard creeper that attaches between the left axle and transmission. any pto powered attachments designed for a cub would run too slow.
