Does anybody know the belt size for Cub Cadet 104, from the pulley on the front of the engine, all the way to the 90 degree pto gearbox? See picture below. I called Messick's today and the guy said he can't find it, so before I measure I thought I'd ask here. I know those long belts are $$$. I'd hate to get the wrong size. If it chews up any belts, I'd consider making an invention that would convert it to 2 belts which would be shorter and could be easily purchased from any industrial supplier. This tractor will be dedicated to roto-tilling. And maybe snow-blowing walkways in the winter. P.S. I posted last week about putting an engine on the tiller itself. But seems this Cadet runs great and has lots of power. So a change of mind. Just don't want to be chewing up expensive belts.  REMEMBER: Keep it correct, or you may have to face the

The original part number for the belt was 487 045 R2. If it has changed a dealer should be able to cross that number to the new number.
