Value of 1969 Cadet 73

Postby Findoggy » Thu Jun 09, 2005 3:27 pm

I'm looking at purchasing a '69 cadet 73 with mower. Tractor runs well and has some rust and dings (front wheels have most of the rust). Mower works. Owner asking $400. What is a fair price to expect to pay?

$400.00 isn't out of line.

I paid $500.00 for a 105 hydrostat two years ago. The seller also had one of the earlier Cubs, manual transmission, for $500.00.

Local guy will purchase a Cub Cadet frame, $50.00, sight unseen. All it has to have is a working steering sector.

This is a good place to get Cub cadets & parts.

I go to a consignment auction in Rogers Ohio( were you can get some good deals on some Cub Cadets.
