What size tire will fit my 104?

Postby Pickerincal » Fri Dec 26, 2014 7:49 pm

I need new tires and ran across a set of 26x12.0x12. Will this fit my rim? Currently I have a 23x8.50x12 and the only problem I see (other than they may not fit the rim) will be needing a spacer for the hub so a wider tire will not rub the frame.
I wouldn't mind a wider tire at all. So if they will fit does anyone know where to get hub spacers?

Thanks :D

I'm not sure they will mount very well on the narrow rims. Those 8.5 tires are typically mounted on either 6 or 7-inch wide rims. The 23 x 10.5 tires are mounted on 8 or 9 inch rims, and the 12-inch tires are typically mounted on 10 or 12 inch rims.

My 26-1200-12 turf tires are mounted on 8.5" rims. Each tractor I installed them on they fit except some fenders sag. You need to bend them up a tad. Just a little.

I have a monster set of John Deere 26"-1200-12 turf tires that need 12" rims.

They clear on a 122, a 108 and a 123 using the 8 1/2" wide rims.
