serial number on original

I was wondering where i can find the serial number on a Original Cub? Thanks!

The tractor serial number will be found stamped on the right side of the reduction gear housing.

As Bigdog said. It is in a vertical line just in front of and slightly above the transmission fill plug (square pipe plug).
