I have used the cut and past method in MS Word and it wasn’t much of a problem. It’s only when I start spellin’ things the way I say ‘em is when I have a problem. The fellas at Microsoft must wanna get us all to talk alike, or at least they have been givin’ me that impression.
And Donny, I understood every word you said.

I've found that taking the time to read what I've typed before hitting the SUBMIT button, works wonders.

Yes, and I also hit the preview button before submitting. I have found mistakes this way too since it appears as it would after submittal. Of course I still make mistakes.

Preview is a good idea. In the event something sneaks by that isn't as intended the "edit" button is a second line of defense.
