Al:

Suggestion: Bury your url like this: White Demo Super A Restoration and you can do that by simply doing this - Insert Name of Thread

Yeah, that is the idea....

10-4. I thought there was a way to do that. It will help since there's a limit on the # of characters that can be in the signature.

Thanks,
Al

Rudi, is there a limit to how many links can be in a members signature line?

Raymond:

Like the boss said.. 255 characters. Not sure how close I am .. but I did exceed it once with my old signature line .. had to lose a few characters. But as you can see - links to the server plus 2 project links and I still had a couple characters left :D

Hello Farmall Cub owners,

I just joined this website from cyberspace. I am a new owner of a 1953 Farmall Cub, which runs great yet needs a little body work, and probably some new rubber in the future. Am I in the right place?

Thank You, Roland

PS: Do we have a profile page..?

Roland, you may want to post this in the "Introduce Yourself" forum for better exposure. Welcome to the group.

I am a new member. I have tinkered with Cubs for years. I would like to see a restoration forum dealing with ANY Farmall tractor. I have a restored B, and a restored '48 Cub. Have done others, and foolishly passed them on. I think it would be great to see what folks are restoring and what techniques they use. Mine, are rather basic. A lot of wire brush and rattle can but they seem to come well.

NIc, Welcome to the Forum!
You are more than welcome to add your restoration project in any Forum that matches the subject of your current project. If you are restoring an A, add the pics and updates to the "Farmall A, Super A, AV" sub-forum. If you are redoing a Silver King, then it would go into the "Other Tractors and Machinery" sub-forum, etc...
I like looking at what people are getting into and how they accomplish their projects. I hope others feel free to post what they are up to in their free time!

If it has a magneto in good condition, then no, a battery is not required. But if you want lights, you'll have to have a battery
