Beefing up Security In The Barnyard...Again

Postby Barnyard » Mon Sep 19, 2022 10:11 pm

Picked up a new member for the barnyard security team today. Cosmo (subject to name change, maybe Gizmo) will be a year old in October. So far, he is getting along great with his new teammates. I don't think he had a very good first year of his life. Given a little time with a lot of free running time, I think he will begin having a lot of fun.

He will get a taste of that in October when we have the Fall CubFest.

I think the name Cosmo is fine, I like it better than gizmo. Good looking fellow!

Bud, that brings us to six. Bailey (12), Gus (9), Joe (9), Reo (3), Molly (3) and Cosmo (Gizmo) (1).

After polling several friends and family members, it looks like Gizmo won the name contest. He had been confined to a 25 foot cable before we got him so he didn't move very fast the first several days we had him. Yesterday, a school bus went by and he finally showed his leg muscles were working. This little guy has developed quite a bit of speed the last few days. It didn't take long for him to get to know the rest of the family. He and Reo became playmates pretty quickly.
