Well, I am happy that this is finished. It was more work than I expected :D :D ...but what else is new right.

Here are some pictures showing the gluing process:

Glue is applied in a heavy coat and grade gets final adjustments.

This process is still fairly new out here. It is about 1/3 the cost of concrete, and about 1/2 the cost of asphalt or chip and seal.

The surface compaction of the finished driveway is about 1600 psi, compared to 1200-1400 for asphalt and 2000-2500 for concrete.

Ralph, you should look into this for your place. Would save you $$$$ over concrete 8)
