Plum Flan Recipe and Potato Noodles With Plums Request

Postby Eugene » Mon May 29, 2006 8:28 pm

EM: If you don't mind would you please post your recipe for plum flan?

Rudi: If you don't mind would you post your recipe for potato noodles with plums.

I spent 8 years stationed in Germany. While there I collected recipes for cooking wild game. Recipes like trout in beer, carp in beer, potatoes in beer, and beer in beer.

I have it ready for typing and will try to submit it in the next couple of days.

I just got back from the hospital after bringing Rudi to the ER. They admitted him so it's going to be busy here for a few days. Hopefully , if I am lucky, they will send him home tomorrow. :)

Em, - please give Rudi our best wishes. While you're at it, take a few for yourself and the girls!
