Try this one:

Peanut Butter Fudge

2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
2 large Tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

In a saucepan, stir together and cook until dissolved. Boil until it forms a soft ball in cold water (234-240 degrees on a candy thermometer.) Put pan in cold water for 10 minutes. Stir and pour fudge into buttered 9x9 inch pan. Cool completely then cut into squares.
