Contact Allen West at A and M Sugar Bush Amery Wisconsin zip 54001 Telephone 715 268-8427
He processes wonderful Maple Syrup and also pachages granulated Maple Sugar. I know he also ships his products all over.
I have a number of friends who use the sugar on their morning ceral and really love it. I use it to rub on Rib's andHam's and it gives a nice sweet taste to the meat. Allen is a fine gentleman and really takes pride in his product.

I have been thinking about putting in a couple of Rock Maples here in Washington. Our weather is quite different, however (More like England then Maine), and I don't know how the sap would run. I am at 1200 feet and do get a real winter, so it might just work.
