Well it has been raing for the better part of 2 weeks here. I have seen the sun twice in 2 weeks for short periods of time. Today was 1 of them but it also rained for 4hrs straight. Not a drizzle but down pour. So how do you know when you got to much rain. The ducks give up and head for higher ground.

which is good because the could be swimming in my strawberries, which I planted last year and the spring rains killed most of them. SO I am replanting this year, after adding 3 inches of compost. now look

3" of fill wont do ya much good there!----you will need to have at least 12" or more, then rip DEEP to break up the subsoil underneath it all.---looks to be very low to begin with, so until you get above grade you will have problems.(try to get at least 6" above actual grade of surrounding area)

Looks like at least 6 semi loads of good topsoil to start with,---maybe even 10 loads,(a load of 30 tons dont go very far). this is just what I would do,----its ONLY a suggestion!!!! thanks; sonny
