Has anyone had luck with straightening a bent disc? I tried a torch and pressure but the bend came back when the disc cooled.

Get it cherry red and whack it with a BFH. That might set it. Agri supply has them for $10 or so. Spending a lot of time and labor doesn't make sense.
By heating it you will change the temper and it may bend again. re-tempering the whole disk blade would get into the excess time and labor mentioned above.
I know how you feel, but don't have a better answer.

What part of the disk is bent????? (blade? frame? axle?) thanks; sonny

It is the blade. Darn thing has 8 rivets in it.

It must be a coulter. Shoup Mfg. has them.

That might be rather hard to get really straight,---but when you put the pressure on it,--- go just a little beyond actual straight and that way it might settle out at near straight when cool.

Hilling rocks are you. To quote the old southern sheriff: "Son, you in a heap o trouble."

Agri-supply has the whole hiller, other than that I don't know.
Heat it find a piece of hard ground to support the back, and pound it into shape. heat it cherry red, qwench in salt water. Then re-heat, clean off and watch for the color to change to purple, then qwench again.
I have formed and tempered axes, hoes, picks, etc. Never did a disk blade. They do make a good hoe, but I digress.
If you get it too hard ,it will crack, too soft, it will bend.
