Looking for uses for Sweetened Lime Juice.
Getting "free" Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice from concentrate with purchases. It's usually used as part of an alcoholic drink mix. But there must be other uses.

Going to try the above recipe.
Still trying to come up with some uses for sweetened lime juice. I was thinking marinade. Might even try making some limeade. Lable on the container says serving size is 1 teaspoon and there are 148 tsp per container.
When I lived in the Republic of Panama we use to dine out on cevechi which is raw fish soaked in citrus juice. The citrus juice cooked the fish.
