Nice buck Todd! This year in southern Michigan has been terrible. I've only seen a couple of bucks and a handful of does. We had a disease hit our deer this year, "Blue Tongue". Guys are finding dead deer by the 10's and 20's, usually near water. Saturday, I'm heading to PA to see if I can find some deer.

Thanks guys,

I never heard of not hunting on Sunday before.that's interesting.

Ricky, I have a Parker Wildfire, with carbon shaft arrows for speed. I like it a lot. My arrow tips I really like, they are RAGE expanding broadheads...very deadly.

I saw 3 bucks on my property this morning, and he was the biggest one. Actually the only buck that came in too.
He was chasing one particular doe for about 1/2 hour after 7am.. and she eluded him for a few minutes and found my 1 gallon bucket of corn.

He found her..and started grunting and snorting at her, 20 yards right in front of me. Branches were in the way, so I had to just sit there and watch until he came into a clear shot. I got buck fever and started shaking. He looked up in my direction and it took holding my breath and closing my eyes to get the shaking to minimize.
When he charged her, I drew and fired. He was hit broadside and went 60 yards before I watched him just fall over and lay there.

"Buck Fever". What's that? I've never lost my cool when a buck comes in!! Ok, I lie sometimes too. Parker makes a great bow and it sound like it did the trick for you.
In PA, no hunting is allowed on Sunday either. We'll get there about 2:00 -3:00 PM on Saturday and get settled in and probably hang a few stands in historically good areas. Sunday we'll do a little more scouting and look for areas that may show signs of activity that may warrant the placement of stands. Monday we'll see what happens. I've got a new Robertson Recurve to break in, hopefully I can do that there.

Good for you Todd, definitely no hunting in Pa. on sunday, but who knows there are limited sunday sales of booze now....The largest racks in Pa. are down along the Pa. Maryland line. That's racks not necessarily deer.

Nice one Todd! Here in Mass. there is NO hunting on Sundays and NO buckets of corn.

I got one myself Saturday evening. He came in to a scrape line I was hunting chasing 2 does. Got him with the Rage broadead as well. Devastating! The rut is early here in the Northeast. If you haven't already, get out before you miss it!
