Cubs On Hills

Postby Sam C » Tue Jan 11, 2011 12:12 pm

The last 2 times ive been on a hill my cub has either run out of gas or staled. Unfourtuanally due to the fact that they dont have the best locking brakes in the world and my battery was dead i had to sit there and wait for help to come. So dad came and started it with the hand crank. Does anybody else have any stories like that?

Sam - tell dad to put more gas in the tank!!!  - Seriously though, it happens to all of us now and then. Not a fun feeling sitting there waiting for help to arrive.

Especially if all the help is standing on the side lines trying to watch a tractor pull.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

We took 3 tractors out for a spin a couple of weekends back. When we got back home, one was missing. Waited and waited. Finally grabbed a rope and went back looking for him. He was out of gas about a mile up the road. Taking a nap; knew we'd be back eventually.

Ask Bill if the little cubbies like to "drink" when they are cutting hay?
